摘要: Exercise benefits the musculoskeletal system and reduces effects of cancer. The exercise are multifactorial, where metabolic changes tissue adaptation influence outcomes. Mechanical signals, a principal component exercise, anabolic to restrict cancer progression. We examined mechanisms through which cells sense respond low-magnitude mechanical signals introduced in form vibration. Low-magnitude, high-frequency vibration was applied human breast low-intensity (LIV). LIV decreased matrix invasion impaired secretion osteolytic factors PTHLH, IL-11, RANKL. Furthermore, paracrine from mechanically stimulated cells, reduced osteoclast differentiation resorptive capacity. Disconnecting nucleus by knockdown SUN1 SUN2 LIV-mediated suppression factor secretion. increased cell stiffness; an effect dependent on LINC complex. These data show that metastatic potential serves as mechanosensory apparatus alter structure intercellular signaling.
