摘要: Abstract Because of the poor accuracy nonsurgical methods in detection occult paraaortic lymph node metastasis, and because cost discomfort surgical staging, feasability selective or elective lymphadenectomy has been investigated a preliminary series four cases. Selective sampling lower nodes two cases cervical carcinoma infrarenal early ovarian carcinomas were successfully completed by laparoscopy. The potential applications this new technique are discussed.
