摘要: Context: Our group previously reported the development of dexamethasone-loaded polymeric nanocapsules as an alternative for topical dermatological treatments. Objective: study aimed to prepare and characterize a hydrogel containing this system improve effectiveness glucocorticoid cutaneous disorders. Methods: For antiproliferative activity assay, dexamethasone solution D-NC were tested on Allium cepa root meristem model. prepared by interfacial deposition preformed polymer. Hydrogels using Carbopol Ultrez® 10 NF, polymer, characterized according following characteristics: pH, drug content, spreadability, viscosity, in vitro release.
