摘要: Polymeric nanoparticles obtained from synthetic polymers such as copolymers of methacrylic acid, acrylic esters or metacrylics, have been widely used in pharmaceuticals for encapsulation drugs. These the advantages drug protection, controlled release, improved bioavailability and lower toxicity, resulting greater comfort to patients compliance treatment. The production (nanospheres nanocapsules) by polymerization monomers is reviewed discussed this article, highlighting technological parameters that affect physicochemical characteristics nanoparticles, e.g. solubility, phase volume, pH polymerization, molecular weight monomer concentration, nature concentration surfactant.
