摘要: The objectives of this study were to demonstrate the non-inferiority assist strain ratio (ASR)—a newly developed application tool—to manual (MSR)—a currently available standard diagnostic tool—and calculate sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV), negative (NPV), and accuracy MSR ASR. Ninety-eight mass lesions in mammary gland (30 malignant 68 benign) included study. Skilled physicians performed elastography scanning by applying minimal vibration. MSRs obtained compared with ASRs calculated from same image test correlation between two groups data. Diagnostic performance at a cut-off 5.0 showed sensitivity 84.4 %, specificity 80.4 an 81.6 PPV 65.5 NPV 92.1 %. ASR 74.4 84.3 81.3 67.7 88.2 areas under curve (AUCs) for found be 0.885 0.875, respectively. demonstrated excellent potential was highly correlated skilled (r = 0.69, p < 0.05).
