摘要: A method for treating a flexible, porous substrate with water-borne formaldehyde-free composition and so treated are provided. More particularly, this invention is directed to nonwoven fabric an emulsion-polymerized binder containing certain copolymerized ethylenically-unsaturated dicarboxylic acids, or derivatives thereof, wherein the partially neutralized fixed base.
