摘要: OBJECTIVE:: To evaluate the process of implementation an intervention aimed at improving work engagement and energy balance, to explore associations between measures compliance. METHODS:: Process were assessed using a combination quantitative qualitative methods. RESULTS:: The mindfulness training was attended least once by 81.3% subjects, 54.5% highly compliant. With regard e-coaching homework exercises, 6.3% 8.0%, respectively, appreciated with 7.5 score 6.8 score. Appreciation e-coaching, satisfaction trainer coach, practical facilitation significantly associated CONCLUSION:: implemented well on level training, but poorly time investment. increase compliance, attention should be paid trainer-participant relationship.
