摘要: Human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) exhibit pluripotency and indefinite proliferation are a potential source of for transplantation therapies drug discovery. These applications will require large amounts hESCs. However, hESCs difficult to culture maintain at larger scales, in part because their low resistance dissociation during passaging. To circumvent this, we developed simple easy method establishing hESC sublines tolerant complete dissociation. high replating efficiency also cloning efficiency, they ability differentiate into the three germ layers. Several have no detectable abnormalities karyotypes, retained characteristics under feeder-free conditions after freeze-thawing. Thus, these would be valuable applications.
