摘要: The behaviour of magnetite has been examined in the region its low-temperature transformation (similar 120 °K) using electron shadow technique. A marked change pattern was found, and variation size features used to determine temperature breadth transformation. Synthetic crystals had markedly smaller breadths 0.6 than natural (9° 11 °K). In one case (a Zermatt magnetite) it established that material central crystal an appreciably lower found for original as a whole; thus inhomogeneous nature demonstrated. patterns also allowed estimate be made domain size. Below this about 60 μm 30 synthetic crystals. Above surface magnetic fields were much weaker sizes by factor 2.
