Group Atmosphere, Shared Understanding, and Perceived Conflict in Virtual Teams: Findings from an Experiment

摘要: In this paper, we present a theoretical model on the relationships among group atmosphere, shared understanding, and perceived task conflict in virtual teams. We validate by analyzing data that was collected laboratory experiment find cultural diversity of team adversely affects atmosphere has positive influence development understanding these also weakens However, do not strong support for moderating effect avoidance management style relationship between conflict.
