摘要: The interdisciplinary approach is a cornerstone of well-functioning pediatric palliative care team. These teams are most often available as an inpatient consultation service, composed professionals representing multiple disciplines, and used during the illness course child with life-threatening chronic complex conditions, especially challenging health decision-making near end life. This article reviews current structure team, explores opportunities for inclusion other vital team members, proactively identifies challenges that may occur when involving more providers in child's family's care.
