摘要: Limited wrist arthrodesis is the surgical fusion of selected bones wrist. In each case extent determined by disease process. joints between scaphoid, trapezium, and trapezoid indicated in localized degenerative arthritis, radial hand dislocations, certain instability patterns following ligament rupture (rotary subluxation scaphoid). Fusion easily obtained utilizing a local bone graft donor site. three-bone unit leaves approximately 80% flexion extension 66% ulnar deviation
