摘要: Wrist injury or repeated wrist sprains probably result in to the scapholunate ligament more commonly than previously recognized, which may allow abnormal scaphoid skid under load. This results a common clinical entity termed DWS. Scaphoid instability is spectrum condition ranging from minor, asymptomatic findings (seen 20% of normal adults) through symptomatic patients with radiographs on radiographs, degenerative change, and, ultimately, SLAC (see Fig. 1). Appropriate diagnosis and management each these disorders are highly dependent upon keen understanding periscaphoid anatomy as well anatomic derangements that occur within predispose given patient subsequent changes. With understanding, appropriateness conservative therapy, SL exploration arthroplasty, repair, triscaphe arthrodesis, reconstruction can be readily determined case.
