摘要: Background and purpose: Cannabidiol (CBD) is a non-psychotomimetic compound from Cannabis sativa that induces anxiolytic- antipsychotic-like effects in animal models. Effects of CBD may be mediated by the activation 5-HT1A receptors. As receptor induce antidepressant-like effects, aim this work was to test hypothesis would have activity mice as assessed forced swimming test. We also investigated if these responses depended on receptors hippocampal expression brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF).
