Studies on biosorption equilibrium and kinetics of Cd2+ by Streptomyces sp. K33 and HL-12

摘要: The sorption of Cd(2+) by Streptomyces sp. K33 and HL-12 was investigated. removal efficiency increased with pH, but no obvious differences different temperatures. Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) used to characterize the interaction between HL-12. Results revealed that presence amino, carboxyl, hydroxyl carbonyl groups were responsible for biosorption Cd(2+). Strain had more changes in functional than K33. Biosorption equilibrium established earlier strain HL-12, higher adsorption ratio. Langmuir, Freundlich Dubinin-Radushkevich (D-R) isotherms describe experiment, Langmuir model fitted experiment data best. showed greater capacities 38.49 mg Cd(2+)/g dry cells. Pseudo-first-order second-order kinetic models data, better. About 70% recovery could be obtained at pH
