摘要: The worldwide increasing prevalence of obesity and sedentary lifestyle is the main cause rising incidence T2DM. Due to chronic macrovascular microvascular complications, T2DM represent a huge socioeconomic burden in world. Oxidative stress key pathogenic mechanism implicated diabetic coronary artery disease (CAD). Polymorphisms oxidative genes are known influence levels therefore thought impact CAD pathogenesis. Identifying higher risk groups would be rational, since it allow better sample selection thus results antioxidant trials.
