摘要: Premature ejaculation (PE) is considered to be the most common form of male sexual dysfunction. Given that acute oral administration d-isomer modafinil (d-modafinil) can extend latency in rats without suppressing behaviour, effects on-demand d-modafinil treatment were examined on a 30-year-old patient with lifelong PE. The was instructed take 100 mg 3 h prior relation for four times and invited control visit. re-evaluated 2 weeks later. He reported his IELT increased 15 min. heartburn insomnia when he used first time; however, these symptoms transient did not recur after initial dose. Overall, considerable improvement noted feels much better treatment. Based this limited data, seems an effective men side mild case.
