摘要: The host and the intestinal microbiota contribute in manifold ways to an immune balance defense against diseases pathogens. Infectious of intestine are major which severely threaten individual global health. Enteropathogenic agents causing infectious have evolved specific tactics how they interact with simultaneously. This chapter characterizes main players niche, well-being can ward off or limit pathogenic invaders. It also illustrates, using a few prominent well-studied examples, both order promote their own expansion, overcome defenses by resident mucosal barrier, finally cause disease. introduces novel treat infections addressing microbiota.
