摘要: The microstructure of cement-bonded fiberboard manufactured by extrusion process was studied using scanning electron microscope (SEM). Comparison between extruded and cast revealed that the products were better in strength, stiffness, toughness, fiber distribution, orientation, bond with matrix, even presence a higher percent air voids. dominant component type fiber. Extrusion capable incorporating both hydrophilic hydrophobic fibers into production. It found sand content had significant effect on toughness. more added, less Fiber dispersion seemed not to be critical. Fiberboard made nondispersive mixing exhibited satisfactory performance. Accordingly, time energy production could therefore reduced.
