摘要: Background: Recent studies found that overactivity (increased goal-directed activities) may be as important mood change (elevated and/or irritable mood) for the diagnosis of mania/hypomania (on family history and psychometric grounds), questioning DSM-IV-TR criteria always requiring listing among other symptoms. The aim study was to find out if at least hypomania. Sampling Methods: A consecutive sample 137 bipolar II disorder (BP-II) 76 major depressive remitted outpatients were interviewed with Structured Clinical Interview DSM-IV by a senior clinical research psychiatrist in private practice. Patients asked they had hypomanic symptoms episodes, which most common during various episodes. not been planned when variables collected different goals.
