摘要: Histaminergic and orexin/hypocretin systems are components in the brain wake-promoting system. Both affected sleep disorder narcolepsy, but role of histamine narcolepsy is unclear. The histaminergic neurones activated by system rodents, development bidirectionally regulated zebrafish. This review summarizes current knowledge interactions these two normal pathological conditions humans different animal models.
