摘要: Photoinduced changes of the concentration paramagnetic and optical defects have been investigated in cubic stabilized zirconia single crystals by means electron resonance (EPR). Results are reported confirming presence photobleaching EPR ${\mathrm{Zr}}^{3+}$ centers (T centers) x-ray-irradiated crystals, but showing at same time photoproduction ${\mathrm{O}}^{\mathrm{\ensuremath{-}}}$ hole centers. These data bring evidence complex mechanism ${\mathrm{Zr}}^{3+}$-${\mathrm{O}}^{\mathrm{\ensuremath{-}}}$ annihilation, allowing a possible interpretation process. \textcopyright{} 1996 The American Physical Society.
