摘要: The luminescence spectra of a tetragonally structured ZrO2:Y single crystal and nanocrystals were compared. It was found that the number centers contributed to spectra. excitation within band gap region led different for nanocrystal samples, whereas recombinative same both samples. origin this difference is in nanocrystals, even under gap, charge carriers created. Zirconium- oxygen complexes distorted by intrinsic defects proposed be centres responsible wide observed.
