摘要: The measurement of extracellular space in central nervous tissue presents unresolved difficulties both methodology and interpretation data. Van Harreveld’s book (1966a) contains an excellent discussion the problem. There is still no consensus on whether there any appreciable living brain. Measurements by reputable workers range from little or none, that is, 5% at most, through a moderate amount, about 10%, to same as other soft tissues, say 15–30%, even higher.
