摘要: Environmental parameters were used to investigate barriers gene flow and genetic differentiation in the Eurasian perch (Perca fluviatilis L.) at a small geographical scale an archipelago system. Significant was found among locations. Distance per se did not play major role reduction of flow. Instead, largest differences between populations correlated with changes environmental conditions, such as temperature time spawning. The results show that divergence can arise habitats thought be highly connected, variables influence level populations, including those are spatial scales (tens kilometres). importance landscape approach when investigating defining is highlighted.
