摘要: BACKGROUND Infection with blood-borne viruses including hepatitis C (HCV) and G (HGV) is a substantial health problem. Varying prevalences of these infections in different studies reflect the role predisposing risk factors countries or even regions country. OBJECTIVES The objective present survey was to assess HCV HGV virus among hemodialysis (HD) patients Bandar Abbas, Hormozgan, Iran, 2015. METHODS A total 149 subjects chronic renal failure undergoing HD at Shahid Mohammadi hospital Hormozgan province southern Iran from January 1, 2015 March 31, were evaluated for anti-HCV antibodies against E2 glycoprotein by census sampling method. Thereafter, all specimens molecular assays using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) other techniques. Investigated data recorded each participant pre-designed collection sheet. All statistical analyses conducted Statistical Package Social Sciences (SPSS) version 19 Windows t-test chi-square test (χ2). RESULTS The mean age 56.23 ± 12.35 years (minimum 18, maximum 85).
