摘要: There is little information available to assess the effects that climate change scenarios are likely have on marine mammals. Most assessments suggest will be greatest among species most heavily dependent upon sea ice for their ecology or those occupy shallow coastal habitats. In general, we insufficient about populations of mammals able link directly demographic changes. This reflects a general problem with our power detect even large changes in population status mammals. Based an analysis vulnerabilities individual species, it should possible develop approach assessing risks different species. To date, this has not been done but there may need undertake soon as aid policy development and management because avoid synergistic between anthropogenic stresses mammal populations.
