摘要: PURPOSE Pulmonary rehabilitation (PR) is advocated in the pre- and post-lung transplantation (LTx) periods. However, there limited literature on benefit of PR post-LTx. The aim this study was to investigate efficacy an outpatient, multidisciplinary, comprehensive program bilateral LTx recipients early period after LTx. METHOD Twenty-three were referred center. Change incremental endurance shuttle walk tests, hand quadriceps strength, respiratory muscle strength (maximum inspiratory/expiratory pressure), dyspnea (Medical Research Council score), quality life (St George's Respiratory Questionnaire, Chronic Questionnaire), psychological status (Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale) compared post-PR. RESULTS Seventeen 23 (74%) completed PR, comprising 15 male 2 female patients whose median age 51 yr. initiation 75 ± d test distance predicted as 23% before it increased 36% (P < .001); also .01). Significant improvement seen upper lower extremity St Questionnaire scores Hospital Scale reflected less anxiety depressive symptoms. Furthermore, body mass fat-free indices, maximum inspiratory pressure, expiratory pressure improved significantly. There no significant change forced volume first second expiration, vital capacity, or Medical scores. CONCLUSION This demonstrated that who attended within 3 mo showed improvements exercise life, composition, status.
