摘要: A protein-free, ERDF-based medium was developed containing ethanolamine, sodium selenite, and inorganic iron as growth factors. Mouse hybridoma HB8852 cells were cultured in a spinner flask with the protein-free to evaluate cell monoclonal antibody production, which comparable those chemically defined, serum-free (ITES-ERDF) 10% FCS-ERDF medium. However, viability slightly lower. SDS-PAGE analysis of spent, revealed recovery antibodies high purity. It is concluded that highly beneficial produce purify large-scale mammalian culture.
