摘要: Even though research on nanotechnology has increased rapidly in the last decades, application of food and beverage packaging started to show an interest scientific community much more recently. Food safety, quality improvements properties compared with conventional materials make nanomaterials very attractive field applications. Furthermore, many cases, are used for both contained, especially when we talk about active intelligent packaging. Oxygen scavengers, antimicrobial nanobiosensors some examples current efforts This fact led a variety nanoparticles nanomaterials. The wide range existing could its selection applications challenge. Thus, building up map based state-of-the-art is required. there need classify all specifically packaging, independently their nature, material way they integrated this material. In paper, classification latest advances was made accompanied by use Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis order find which most relevant (and/or expected be potentially exploited near future) area Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
