The utility such is closely related accuracy needs possibilities, particular decisions be supported. In facilitate provision application decision making during packaging design, development utilisation, there prima facia case for ‘streamlined’ tool, provided it meets set requirements, including functionality, accuracy, validity, reliability usability.
