摘要: We report the successful metal salt complexation of ultrathin terpolymer films spin-coated onto glass and silicon substrates as well subsequent reduction to clusters. The photolabile polymer consists a diazosulfonate side chain which may be decomposed under UV irradiation. All stages, i.e., initial, complexed, reduced stage, are characterized using optical transmission spectroscopy X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. film surface roughness, morphology, thickness determined by atomic force microscopy ellipsometry. On one hand, our experiments show that nonirradiated groups complex with silver acetate provided from solution ions chemically reduce when exposed sodium borohydride solution. other complete destruction unit irradiation is proven. Our experimental investigations first efforts demonstrating selective metallization d...
