摘要: The long-term negative psychological consequences associated with interpersonal victimization are significant; however a history of alone does not necessarily lead to greater distress. current study examined the relationship between cognitive flexibility, experiential avoidance, and distress among 92 women who reported victimization. findings indicate that both flexibility avoidance significantly related posttraumatic stress symptomology depression in this sample. Preliminary evidence is also presented suggesting maybe potential mediator suggest treatments targeting emotional acceptance mindfulness might be useful approaches working survivors
