摘要: AbstractTiO2-Te:CdO compound thin films were successfully synthesised and deposited on glass substrates by the sol–gel method. The oxide obtained from mixture of precursor solutions Te doped CdO TiO2. microstructure surface analysis these investigated using X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). XRD results show that TiO2, Te:CdO, TiO2-Te:CdO exhibite tetragonal structure anatase phase, monoclinic CdTeO3 structure, rhombohedral respectively. values crystallite size both Scherrer equation Williamson-Hall plot. FESEM shows well crystallised nanostructures morphology with a diameter ranging 25 to 30 nm.
