摘要: There are numerous modes of microscopy such as brightfield, darkfield, phase contrast, fluorescence, reflected light, confocal, etc. All these forms deliver illumination light in a controlled fashion to the object be examined and collect much containing desired information possible. The majority methods use appropriately placed formed diaphragms (iris, pin hole, annulus, etc.) lenses control both incident angles its intensity well size location illuminated area sample. Usually simple iris or annulus almost always static. novel aspect system being presented is replace mechanical with digital micro mirror devices (1DMDs made by Texas Instruments) allow for more precise, flexible over transmission behavior optical planes. By placing DMDs same plane (actual conjugate) that field iris, aperture (condenser diaphragm), objective lens stop, one has ability rapidly switch between confocal reconstruction microscopy.
