摘要: Abstract PCBs, p,p′-DDT, p,p′-DDE and lindane (γ-hexachlorocyclohexane) were monitored in the lower atmosphere of Ross Island, Antarctica for 2 yr. Geometrical means 15.2 pg m−3 2.0 1.0 25.8 lindane. Atmospheric levels positively correlated with temperature, a significant difference was found between spring-summer summer-winter concentrations. No season related differences other chlorinated hydrocarbons, possibly owing to their vapour pressure cold climate. Periods increased atmospheric PCBs DDT compounds recorded. Lindane, present fish zooplankton sampled close Island. Pollutant (on an extractable fat basis) highest during Antarctic spring autumn inversely content.
