摘要: A new technique has been developed for stable, long-term recording from groups of individual primary afferent neurons in the freely walking cat. number fine, flexible wires are inserted into dorsal root ganglia via a small laminotomy lumbar spine. The cut end each wire can record stable and separable action potentials one to three ganglion neurons; unit typically held 1 4 days. broad range myelinated somatosensory (conduction velocities 30 120 meters per second) have studies during locomotion. Most cutaneous proprioceptive studied sensitive monitors complex combinations step-cycle components, their firing patterns would often difficult predict existing information.
