摘要: Clinical decision-making refers to the social, cognitive and interactive processes by which practitioners make choices in relation examination, diagnosis, treatment management of patients. It is fundamental for effective efficient clinical practice central professional autonomy accountability. As profession continues grow, osteopathy playing an increasingly important role musculoskeletal healthcare. While research has identified approaches taken a range healthcare professions, there limited understanding how osteopaths decisions practice. The aim this was construct explanatory theory therapeutic experienced UK.
