摘要: The risks associated with the presence of antimicrobial drug residues in meat and products animal slaughter were determined. One them is emergence resistance pathogenic conditionally microorganisms isolated from slaughter. It was established that Escherichia coli, Salmonella Pseudomonas resistant to ampicillin, tetracycline, tylosin cephalolexin.
