摘要: Poor sanitation of food contact surfaces has been a contributing factor in borne disease outbreaks, especially those involving Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella spp., Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus etc. The objectives this study were therefore to: 1. Determine the efficiency disinfectant based on chlorine dioxide suspension closed system dairy plant. 2. Evaluate possibility disinfection working with dioxide. In order to determine germicidal effect by test (BSEN 1276:1997); following organisms used: Proteus mirabilis, Bacillus cereus, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa clinical isolate. corrosive properties tested IDF 077:1977 standard. efficacy was investigated Results indicated 100% reduction >108 cfu/ml L. E. aeruginosa, S. aureus, viable count after 1 minute exposure 100 ppm 400 for cereus. presence 2% skim milk 4 % concentrations 200 250 resulted numbers five six microorganisms, respectively. spore former, cereus is less susceptible disinfectant. Therefore, efficient concentration 500 ppm. not determined. case plant, 15 ranged from 80 100%.
