摘要: Purpose: To report a case of cyclodialysis cleft that was successfully managed with gas endotamponade and cyclocryotherapy. Methods: A 37-year-old male victim severe blunt ocular trauma referred to our service for evaluation treatment left eye hypotony. Clinical examination revealed an intraocular pressure 2 mm Hg, extending from the 11 1 o’clock positions hypotonic maculopathy. Left best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) 3/10. The patient failed respond conservative atropine 1%, so single bubble 16% C2F6 injected into vitreous cavity, followed by superior quadrant transconjunctival Results: After absorption, increased Hg became steady during 24 months follow-up. His maculopathy resolved, BCVA improved 9/10. Complete closure documented ultrasound biomicroscopy. Conclusion: Cryotherapy associated is minimally invasive technique could be considered patients clefts fail medical therapy. © 2015 S. Karger AG, Basel
