摘要: The secretion of growth hormone (GH) is regulated through a complex neuroendocrine control system, especially by the functional interplay two hypothalamic hypophysiotropic hormones, GH-releasing (GHRH) and somatostatin (SS), exerting stimulatory inhibitory influences, respectively, on somatotrope. neurohormones are subject to modulation host neurotransmitters, noradrenergic cholinergic ones other neuropeptides, final mediators metabolic, endocrine, neural, immune influences for GH.
