摘要: Interest in the antioxidant activity of bamboo leaves is growing. To discover new sources natural antioxidants, a TLC bioautography method combined with image processing was developed to evaluate leaf extracts from 15 different species bamboo. The results showed that methanolic extract Bambusa. textilis McClure possessed highest among selected species. rapidly identify compounds, crude B. analysed by HPLC-UV, and HPLC-micro-fractionation carried out. Based on bioautography-guided fractionation, three fractions were isolated preparative chromatography. These compounds identified as isoorientin 4''-O-β-D-xylopyranoside (1), 2''-O-α-L-rhamnoside (2) (3) according their UV, MS, NMR data. proposed screening could therefore be an easy way leaves, achieved should prove very helpful for promoting utilization, can considered promising plant source antioxidants.
