摘要: The antioxidant activity of solvent extracts from two main bamboo species, moso (Phyllostachys pubescens) and madake (P. bambusoides) in Japan, was first evaluated by scavenging free radical 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), the inhibition for peroxidation linoleic acid, reduction power. methanol-extracts culms leaves presented stronger compared with DPPH activity. Methanol-extract further fractionated different solvents n-butanol soluble fraction exhibited most significant assay. fractionation extract isolated silica gel column gradient mixture chloroform methanol. fractions were directed measured stable radical. It observed that eluted showed antioxidative Fractions acquired elution methanol (10:1–5:1) than other fractions.
