摘要: Abstract Extensive research on the effects of work related stress amongst healthcare professions and NHS has been undertaken. However, very little is known about incidence UK radiographers although few studies which have conducted indicate that prevalence impact are considerable. The purpose this study was to examine stressors affect diagnostic in imaging department a local district hospital. utilised HSE Indicator Analysis Tools for Work Related Stress. These tools based upon Management Standards Stress identifies six areas represent potential hazards if managed inadequately. Two free response questions comments box were appended Tool gain further insights into radiographers' experiences stress. results indicated associated with risk not being optimally department. Areas Managers' Support, Relationships, Role Change represented greatest risks. In addition, cited staff shortages, heavy workload volume patients as sources pressure at their most common recommendations reduce increased staffing, improved communication more effective feedback systems.
