摘要: In vitro sporophytic development from the microspores of angiosperms through a process referred to as androgenesis is an important field research because its fundamental well applied importance. Besides providing possibility developing haploid plants in large numbers having application plant breeding, phenomenon offers experimental system for studying events associated with transition gametophytic phase. Of particular interest are changes occurring pollen prior onset androgenic divisions, these likely throw light on very induction. The present article reviews ultrastructural, biochemical and molecular that take place cytological manifestation androgenesis.
