摘要: Abstract Although microsomes prepared from rat kidney cortex contained significant concentrations of both NADH cytochrome b 5 reductase and , they did not catalyze -dependent Δ 9 oxidative lipid desaturation. However, incubation in the presence control liver resulted a two-fold increase fatty acid desaturase activity over that seen with alone. Addition to animals maintained on fat free diet an increased which was twice preparation. Kidney alone P-450-dependent N-demethylation aminopyrine, contrast desaturate, no demethylase observed when were added microsomes.
