Best approach for the repair of distal biceps tendon ruptures

摘要: The preferred treatment of distal biceps tendon ruptures is by operative repair. However, the best approach for repair (single vs double incision) still subject debate. Grewal and colleagues recently presented results a randomized clinical trial evaluating two different surgical approaches ruptures. Despite fact that this article currently presents highest level evidence ruptures, we have some comments on study might be interesting to discuss. We think conclusions in need interpreted light these comments.
