摘要: Background More and more antiretroviral therapies are being developed for treatment of HIV infection. The in-vivo efficacy these drugs is commonly predicted based on in-vitro measures antiviral effect. One primary measure the IC50, amount drug required 50% inhibition viral replication. We have previously shown that life-cycle kinetics impact clinically observed dynamics. Here we present a mathematical model how they affect pharmacodynamics drugs.
