摘要: Hypertension is a significant risk factor for heart disease and stroke worldwide. Effective treatment regimens exist; however, adherence rates are poor (30%–50%). Improving self-management may be way to increase treatment. The purpose of this paper describe the phases in development preliminary evaluation an interactive mobile phone-based system aimed at supporting patients self-managing their hypertension. A person-centered participatory framework emphasizing patient involvement was used. An interdisciplinary group researchers, with hypertension, health care professionals who were specialized hypertension designed developed set questions motivational messages use system. Guided by US Food Drug Administration patient-reported outcome measures, process comprised three major (1, defining; 2, adjusting; 3, confirming conceptual delivery system) two refinement (4, collecting, analyzing, interpreting data; 5, evaluating clinical practice).
